Your voluntary membership in the WPHA directly supports the services, events, and programs that make our neighborhood a strong, safe, welcoming and connected community. Anyone who lives within neighborhood boundaries is welcome as a member, whether homeowner or renter. Membership Rates and Options Annual membership to the WPHA runs on a fiscal year that starts Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30. For the upcoming 2025-2026 Membership Year, rates will be as follows: • Gold Household Membership: $70 • Platinum Household Membership (includes KCPD Security Patrol): $145 • Diamond Household Membership (includes KCPD Security Patrol and more): $160 • Monthly Platinum Household Membership (includes KCPD Security Patrol): $13.49 • Monthly Diamond Household Membership (includes KCPD Security Patrol and more): $14.99
